‘Can’t blame forces for injuries caused by pellet guns’: Gen Bipin Rawat

Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat has backed security forces over the use of pellet guns in the valley. He said that stones which are pelted by youth in the valley are as lethal as the pellets and have also caused several casualties. He said that while forces try to fire pellet guns below the legs and cases of pellets hitting the faces are completely accidental. Watch the full video for more details.
