Cases slapped for opposing RSS, Modi: Rahul Gandhi after Patna court hearing

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi secured bail from a court in Patna with regard to a defamation case. He has been sued by Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Sushil Kumar Modi, over a remark allegedly defamatory towards people with the surname 'Modi'. After the hearing, Gandhi said that all those who oppose the ideology of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are slapped with court cases. He went on to add that he's fighting for the values enshrined in Constitution of India.
