Citizenship Act: Students from DU, TISS & other colleges join protest

Protest against the contentious Citizenship Amendment Act is fast spreading across the country. After the crackdown on students of Jamia Millia Islamia on Sunday evening, now students from the Delhi University, TISS Mumbai, Nadwa college in Lucknow have also joined in the protest. Students were seen holding anti-CAA placards and demanding the withdrawal of the contentious act. Security has also been tightened in Banaras Hindu University has been tightened as a precautionary measure.
