Congress supports Quota bill in Lok Sabha and opposes in Rajya Sabha: Prabhat Jha

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader from Madhya Pradesh Prabhat Jha spoke in the Rajya Sabha session and accused the Congress party of opposing the Quota Bill in Rajya Sabha while they earlier supported the Bill in Lok Sabha. Prabhat said that people who feel for the nation will not oppose the bill.
