HM Amit Shah inaugurates supply of special winter-grade diesel for Ladakh

Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the supply of a special diesel for the Union Territory of Ladakh. The winter-grade diesel has been developed by Indian Oil Corporation, and stays unfrozen up to minus 33 degrees Celsius. Shah said that at the time of abrogation of Jammu and Kashmir's special status and bifurcation into two Union Territories, the Centre had promised multiple development initiatives for the region. He also congratulated the petroleum minister and Indian Oil for the achievement. Petroleum minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Ladakh Member of Parliament, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal were present at the event.
