Nepal govt forced to defer a constitutional amendment to update the national map. Nepal PM KP Sharma Oli wants to update map claiming Indian territories. Main opposition Nepali Congress party sought more time to discuss the issue. Oli govt wants to include Lipulekh, Kalapani, Limpiyadhura as part of Nepal. The row started after India inaugurated an 80-km road from Dharchula to Lipulekh. Indian Army chief had hinted that China could be behind Nepal's reaction. Watch the video for more.
