J&K: Poonch locals thank Army for ending terror during silver jubilee fest

Residents of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch celebrated the 25th anniversary of the 6 sector headquarter force with officers of Rashtriya Rifles. Locals thanked the Army for helping to eradicate terrorism and ensure an atmosphere of peace in the area. The celebrations came amid easing of restrictions in the region following the Central government's decision to dilute Article 370 of the Constitution and abrogate Jammu and Kashmir's special status.
