Union minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi addressed a gathering in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar. Naqvi, who holds the minority affairs portfolio, listed the Centre's schemes and efforts aimed at development of the erstwhile state. He also blamed the 'disease of corruption' for laundering of crores of rupees, sent by Centre over the years for the welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
