The family of the prime accused of the Kathua rape and murder case, Sanji Ram, is demanding a CBI probe. One of his daughters, while talking to the media, said that they are demanding a fair investigation by the CBI. She also said that the media has been wrongly portraying them as 'pro-rapists'. Sanji Ram and seven other men have been accused of holding an eight-year-old girl captive, sedating and raping her, before killing her. The trial of the eight accused has started in a Kathua court and the next hearing is to be held on April 28.
