Kejriwal launches ‘Green Delhi’ app as air quality dips to severe category

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal launched launched the 'Green Delhi' app on October 29 as air quality dipped to 'severe' category for the first time this season. Kejriwal said citizens can bring pollution causing activities to the government's notice with the help of the application. He added that The application will identify the location and the complaint will be automatically forwarded to the concerned department for time-bound redressal. “We have prepared strict timelines for each type of complaint. The departments concerned will also have to post a picture after the complaint is addressed,” Kejriwal said. The application can be downloaded from Google Playstore and will be soon made available for IOS. Watch the full video for more.
