Kerala Governor clarifies ‘rubber stamp’ remark, denies rift with State govt

Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan cleared his 'rubber-stamp' remark. Khan said his remark was misinterpreted. Khan also clarified that there is no rift with State government. Earlier, Khan spoke on Kerala government's decision of moving SC against CAA. Pinarayi's government became the first state to challenge CAA. Kerala's Left-led govt called CAA a violation of several articles of the constitution.
