Knife-wielding man tries to barge into Kerala house

Kerala House in Delhi witnessed high drama on Saturday after a knife-wielding man tried to entered the building in the national capital with a knife. He was immediately restrained at the Kerala CM house and handed over to the police. Officials at the Chief Minister Office said they suspected the attacker is mentally unstable. The police said, 'The man is 80 per cent mentally unstable and has been sent to Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences'. In the video, the man is seen flinging papers from a pile in his hand when a security personnel dives from behind and restrains him.
