Watch: Congress opposes NPR, but allies Shiv Sena & NCP okay it with a caveat

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said there was no need to be afraid of Citizenship Amendment Act. Thackeray said CAA and NRC are different issues and NPR is a third issue. Thackeray added that NPR shouldn't be a problem as it is part of census. Maharashtra Housing Minister Jitendra Awhad said he spoke Uddhav on NPR. In a separate event, NCP chief Sharad Pawar said Uddhav has his own view over CAA.
