Non-contact warfare imminent in near future: General Bipin Rawat

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat while attending the valedictorian session of the 'National Conference on Self Reliance in Defence Manufacturing Edition 2.0', addressed the issue of 'disputed borders'. He said that it is difficult to see peace on horizon in the near future. He also said the advent of 'non-contact' warfare and that it is imminent in the near future.
