‘PM Modi & President Trump discussed issue of terrorism’: Foreign Secretary

After the meeting between PM Modi and US President Donald Trump at the UN headquarters in New York, foreign secretary Vijay Gokhale said that the two leaders discussed the issue of terrorism. He added that Prime Minister Modi told Donald Trump that 42,000 people had been killed in Jammu and Kashmir alone in the last 30 years due to terrorism. Gokhale also said that PM Modi and Donald Trump have agreed to fight terrorism together.
