PM Modi, Xi Jinping talk trade, RCEP days after India exited trade pact

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Brasilia. The two leaders held talks on sidelines of BRICS 2019 Summit. PM Modi and Jinping exchanged views on WTO, BRICS, RCEP. Jinping invited PM Modi for 3rd informal summit in China in 2020.
