President Kovind unveils Mahatma Gandhi’s bust in Manila

President Ram Nath Kovind unveiled a bust of father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi in Manila, Philippines. President Kovind, who is on a 5 day tour of the country, took part in the event at the Centre for Peace Education in Miriam college in Manila. President Kovind also attended a reception by the Indian community and said that India has relaxed rules to obtain OCI cards.
