Speaking on the Rafale deal verdict, Former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said that the Supreme Court is supreme. “We (Samajwadi Party) asked for Joint parliamentary committee (JPC) when the Supreme Court was not in the picture. If you take a look at our archives, during an event in Jantar Mantar, a journalist had asked the same question regarding the Rafale row. We answered saying a JPC should be set up as a lot could be discussed regarding the issue.” said Akhilesh.
