Rahul charms Chhattisgarh health workers with dig at Cong minister
Updated on Mar 15, 2019 04:27 pm IST
Congress President Rahul Gandhi put his own party's minister in Chhattisgarh, TS Singh Deo, in a spot after the latter gave a light reply to a question on compensation posed by a healthcare worker during a 'Health For All' convention in Raipur. When the worker asked when the state government would regularise jobs of non-permanent health workers, Deo said that her concerns would be taken care of. Rahul Gandhi then intervened, and said that 'this was a political response.' Deo was subsequently forced to offer a detailed answer to the query.
