J&K Governor accused Rahul Gandhi of speaking irresponsibly about Kashmir's situation when the Cong leader had spoken about reports of violence in the valley. Satya Pal Malik in his statement offered to send a plane to get Rahul Gandhi to the valley. Rahul took to Twitter and responded to the Guv, “We won't need an aircraft but please ensure us the freedom to travel & meet the people, mainstream leaders and our soldiers stationed over there.” Congress leader, Anand Sharma in a presser said that Rahul doesn't require the hospitality of the J&K Governor. He also said that 'Opposition leaders should be allowed to visit the valley'.
