Rahul Gandhi : Non-corrupt in queues, corrupt are at peace

Congress vice president, Rahul Gandhi said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is waging a war against the poor as only non-corrupt are standing in long queues outside ATMs, while the corrupt are enjoying and getting their black money converted into white. Gandhi said that PM Modi's aim of making society cashless has been achieved as there isn't any cash in society due to demonetisation.
