Rahul Gandhi’s flight hits snag midair, DGCA says incident not ‘uncommon’

A plane carrying Rahul Gandhi developed a technical snag while the Congress president was flying to poll-bound Karnataka on April 26. A complaint, filed by a party functionary who was on board the flight, said the special flight developed 'unexplained technical failure'. The flight could land at Hubbali airport only on the third attempt, according to the complaint.
