Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that we need to continue our efforts to address threats to bio-terrorism and pandemic diseases. ADMM-PLUS is a platform for ASEAN and its 8 dialogue partners to solidify defence cooperation. In 2019, the union defence minister had attended the meeting in Bangkok, Thailand. Since 2017, ADMM-PLUS has been meeting annually to allow enhanced dialogue and cooperation.
