Rajnath Singh flies in Rafale after taking delivery of the jet for IAF

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh flew a sortie in a Rafale fighter jet. He flew in the aircraft after taking delivery of the first Rafale for the Indian Air Force. The ceremony took place at the Merignac airbase, near Bordeaux in France. French Minister for Armed Forces, Florence Parly, and Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Aviation, Eric Trappier, were present at the ceremony. After taking delivery of the jet, Singh performed 'shastra puja' with the jet.
