Rajya Sabha on Monday extended President's Rule in Jammu and Kashmir by six months. While speaking in the Upper House, Union Home Minister Amit Shah accused the Congress of having misused Article 356. “Kashmir's problems began due to Nehru declaring ceasefire when a third of Kashmir was with Pakistan,” Shah said. He added that the Modi government is working on Atalji's path of 'Jamuriyat, Kashmiriyat and insaniyat'.
