Sushant death: Lawyer Vs Mumbai police over probe, Bihar officer’s quarantine

Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh's lawyer VK Singh alleged that Mumbai police doesn't want the truth to come out. VK Singh said Mumbai police cannot stop anyone on the ground of quarantine. This comes after a Bihar officer, in Mumbai to conduct a probe into Sushant's death, was “forcibly quarantined”. Bihar police have also alleged that Mumbai police has not been cooperative in the investigations. Speaking on the allegations, Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh said the Bihar officer was quarantined as per guidelines. Sushant's father had lodged an FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and her family. After the FIR, a team from Bihar had arrived from Patna in Mumbai. Sushant's father had on Monday claimed that he had alerted the police as far back as February. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on 14 June.
