Updated on Apr 08, 2017 03:52 pm IST
Just days after the Centre allowed the Transgender community to use public toilets; Mysore has introduced special toilets for them in the city's bus terminal. The transgenders in general have to face many problems, and with this effort, one hopes that it will help the community to be recognized as equal citizens who can avail the basic facilities provided by the government. According to the centre's notice, transgenders can now use the public toilets of their choice.
