Amid an outcry over the alleged Unnao rape case, the victim said she wants strict action and severe punishment for her accused. The victim said that still so many questions are being raised to her, even after her father's death in judicial custody. Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl. Meanwhile, CBI has registered 3 cases against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. According to CBI sources, he is being questioned at CBI's Lucknow office. An FIR had been lodged against the BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. Under the following sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 363 (kidnapping), 366 (abduction of woman), 376 (rape), 506 (criminal intimidation) and protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
