Unprecedented move by AP CM Jagan Reddy: 5 Deputy CMs, rotational cabinet

Newly-elected Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Jagan Mohan Reddy, made a surprise announcement regarding his cabinet. Addressing a legislative party meet, he announced his decision to have five deputy Chief Ministers in the government. Reddy also said that 90% of the ministers would be replaced after two and a half years so that all deserving MLAs get a chance to be ministers. Jagan's YSR Congress Party swept the recent elections in Andhra Pradesh, winning 151 of 175 Assembly seats, and 22 of 25 Lok Sabha seats.
