Dense fog continued to envelop the national capital on Wednesday with visibility taking a major hit, following which several flights and trains were delayed. The minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 12.0 degrees Celsius. As many as 81 trains running late, 21 rescheduled and 3 cancelled due to poor visibility.
