Watch: How India-US may sign key pact, boost Make in India in 2+2 meet

India and the United States of America will be holding a 2+2 ministerial meeting on December 18, 2019 in Washington, DC. The two nations' defence and foreign ministers, namely Rajnath Singh, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Mark Esper and Mike Pompeo, will hold talks on a variety of issues. A key defence agreement, called the Industrial Security Annex, may be signed at the meeting. This pact will allow US companies to transfer sensitive, proprietary defence technology to private Indian players.
