Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia wrote to Union home minister Amit Shah and LG Anil Baijal seeking a rollback of the new rule under which every coronavirus disease a positive patient has to visit quarantine centre for clinical assessment. Sisodia, in his letter, has asked LG Baijal to withdraw the order and also said that the national capital is witnessing nearly 3,000 Covid-19 cases every day and that it is not feasible for every patient to undergo a clinical assessment at government-run centres.
