Will introduce ‘Guarantee Income Concept’ for everyone: Rahul Gandhi

Congress President Rahul Gandhi has said that the party will bring 'Guarantee Income Concept' for everyone. Rahul Gandhi gave examples of major schemes introduced by the Congress like MNREGA, White Revolution, Computer Revolution and said that the 'Guarantee Income Concept' will put money directly in the bank accounts of poor and farmers. “Congress has been planning a historic step for about three to four months now, we have decided to bring guaranteed income concept in India”, he said. Gandhi was speaking at a rally at Valsad, Gujarat.
