Youth Congress protest outside Nitin Gadkari’s house over amended traffic fines

Indian Youth Congress (IYC) organised a protest outside Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari's residence in Delhi. The protest was organised on 11 September in the national capital against the amended provisions in the Motor Vehicle Act. Protesters were shouting slogans against the government and even lifted a scooter to push towards one side of police barricade. Gadkari had earlier said that the amendments were brought in not for revenue but for safety.
