10 days police remand for Bapi Mahato

The designated court at Jhargram on Tuesday sent Bapi Mahato and Vimal Mahato, accused in Gyaneshwari Express derailment case, to 10 days of police remand. According to the prosecution, the police sleuths are analysing incriminating articles recovered from the possession of the both the accused. Bapi Mahato was part of the team that removed the pandrol clips from the track that resulted in the derailment of Gyaneshwari Express and another freight train from the opposite direction on the adjoining track ramming into it.
