Air India plane crashes in Mangalore, 158 dead

At least 158 people are feared dead after an Air India Express aircraft from Dubai, carrying 173 passengers, overshot the runway while landing at the Mangalore airport in Karnataka on Saturday morning. There may have been five or six survivors, local media said. Air India said the plane was a Boeing 737-800, with 166 people on board, including six crew members.
