Updated on May 07, 2011 08:49 pm IST
Passengers across India on Saturday continued to face problems even though Air India pilots called off their 10-day-long strike yesterday. A few flights have got back to normalcy, but many others are yet to get back on track. Flight operations in Mumbai also resumed work but many passengers said even after waiting for hours at the ticketing counter they are finally told that tickets cannot be arranged. In Chennai too, passengers' woes continued.
