All-decked up Delhi says, 'Let the 'Games' begin'

With hours to go for the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games, the Indian capital, New Delhi, is putting its best to showcase the city's best cultural heritage before the foreign tourists. About 17 monuments under Delhi government's Department of Archaeology and another 11, protected by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), have been illuminated in time for the Commonwealth Games. India Gate, the Parliament House, the President's House, and offices of important ministries, are some of the decked up structures for of the showpiece event.
