Ahead of the foreign secretary level talks between India and Pakistan, India's Defence Minister A K Antony, on the sidelines of the induction ceremony of the MiG-29K fighter aircrafts in the Indian Navy in Goa said on Friday, that attempts of infiltration from across the border are on the increase and there is no sincere attempt from Pakistan to check militant outfits.
