Aam Adami Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal said that when Delhi's lieutenant governor Tejinder Khanna was stating that electricity companies in the city had earned a profit of Rs 30, 000 crores, how could the Dikshit-led government maintain there was a need to increase power and water tariff from time to time to overcome losses.
