Bail cancelled of owner of farm where Sohrabuddin was kept

In yet another significant development in Sohrabuddin fake encounter, Rajendra Jirawala, the owner of Arham farm where alleged gangster Sohrabuddin Sheikh and his wife Kausar Bi were kept in confinement before being killed was remanded to judicial custody by a special court at Ahmedabad on Tuesday. The decision came soon after the special court hearing the case rejected Jirawala's bail plea and turned down a remand application presented CBI.
