Ball is now in centre’s court regarding Gorkhaland: GJM chief

Bimal Gurung, chief of India's powerful regional group 'Gorkha Janamukti Morcha' (GJM), on Friday said that the ball is now in the court of the central government as regards their demand for a separate Gorkhaland state. Gurung led a GJM delegation to talks with the central Home Ministry in New Delhi this month, ahead of the sixth round of tripartite talks on May 14, which would also involve the West Bengal government.
