Bihar: Maoists’ call for shutdown, normal life hit

Normal life is crippling in most parts of Bihar and Jharkhand due to a 48 hour shutdown called by Maoists on Saturday. The shutdown called by, Tritiya Prastuti Committee (TPC) is a consequence of the killing of 10 of its cadres by a rival Maoist group on March 28.
