Bikaneri bhujia woos consumers globally

The spicy bhujia and namkeens of Bikaner, after pampering the taste buds of Indians are now creating waves all over the world. Tonnes of bhujia are produced in different factories in the city daily. At present there are about 425 units producing bhujia in Bikaner district and nearby areas of Shri Dungargarh, Churu, Nagaur and Sri-Gaganagar. The annual turnover of bhujia and papad in Bikaner is Rs 2,000 crore.
