BIMSTEC members meet in New Delhi

Foreign minister's of seven member countries of Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation or BIMSTEC began a day-long meeting in New Delhi on Wednesday ahead of second summit. The meeting would set the agenda for Thursday's summit of the seven member regional body.
