BJP spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy unleashed mockery at the latest development in the Congress camp that is being seen as a major move ahead of the 2014 general elections. The BJP expressed both shock and surprise as the reports of Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi's ascension to the post of party vice president broke out on the final day of 'Chintan Shivir'.
