Bush invites PM to White House

After sending the 123 Agreement to the US Congress, President George W Bush on Thursday invited Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to the White House on September 25. President Bush approved, signed, and rushed the updated US-India Civilian Nuclear Agreement with the required documentation to Congress on Wednesday evening, showing the kind of urgency and speed that makes it almost certain that the deal will have final legislative clearance in the next fortnight.
