Campa Cola case: residents cheer after SC stays demolition

In a major relief for the residents of the Campa Cola complex in Mumbai, who were about to be evicted on Wednesday, the Supreme Court has ordered a stay on the demolition till May 31, 2014. This came after overcoming strong resistance by the residents of the illegally constructed complex. Earlier in the morning, the officials forcibly entered into the compound and evicted the protestors forcibly.
