Cherrapunjee receives monsoon showers

Monsoon finally reached India's eastern Cherrapunjee on Thursday, as the region received heavy monsoon showers after a prolonged dry spell. No wonder, local and tourists, all enjoyed the showers. In June it rained less than the normal in Cherrapunjee.
