After both the houses of the Parliament were adjourned following the uproar on Kistwar issue, BJP leader Prakash Javadekar on Monday said that it is the Congress party themselves who are disrupting the Parliament functioning and they desire to 'have their cake and eat it too' which is not going to happen. Talking about the Food Security Bill, he said that there is no question of the proposed bill when the onion prices are soaring so high.
